About Us

The Jubilee Centre is a registered charity, (Charity No. 1101393), set up in 1977, The Queen's Silver Jubilee year, to provide Inner City young people with an opportunity to take part in adventurous activity.

As an AALA Licensed Centre, (Registration no. L2215/R0731), we now provide The London Borough of Camden with an outdoor education resource. Setting up and running courses and activities for a wide range of client groups, including adults, schools, youth groups, special needs groups and young people at risk.

The centre also provides NGB award courses for adults and young people, these are open to anyone with an interest in an activity.

Find Us

Although our address is 105 Camley Street, we are actually situated in Elm Village.

As you travel along Camley Street you will see Crofters Way leading into the housing estate, follow this to Reapers Close, you will then see the gates of the Jubilee Centre.

Pedestrian access is also available during daylight hours through St Pancras Gardens.

Our outline program is as follows:

Monday to Friday 9.00 to 15.30 Schools and Educational Program
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Evenings 18.00 to 20.45
Adult Paddling, Climbing and Gym

Community Hall

The Boathouse

A large multi functional hall available for functions, parties, small conferences.

Staff and Vacancies

We have an expanding program of instruction and courses for schools, youth groups, adult groups and individuals.

Minimum qualifications required are:
BCU Level 2 Coach
or MLTB SPA

If you are trained in either of the above and need experience before your assessment, please contact us for opportunities to assist alongside our instructors / coaches.
